Join Michelle and Taylor for an unforgettable evening of Yoga, Sound and Reiki  for a New Year Renewal. The beginning of a new year can be filled with a lot of emotions, stress, and challenges. 

This class is designed to help you recalibrate and find your center. 

Michelle will guide an opening yoga class with Taylor playing Handpan, to help down regulate your nervous and prepare you for rest. As you settle in for the main section of sound, Michelle will share individual reiki with each participant. 

Taylor will use an array of handpans, singing bowls, and additional instruments to guide you on a sonic journey back to your center. Come share this special afternoon with us 🙏🏽!

Please bring anything you need to be comfortable.

Including extra blankets, extra pillows, some people love to bring sleeping bags or camping chairs etc., 

so that you can be in an ideal position for deep relaxation.

Growing up playing competitive sports, I was socially disinclined to want to practice yoga, even in the very early stages. At a very deep level however, something about yoga always appealed to me. I began a much more serious practice in September 2014 allowing myself to surrender to my practice and I haven’t looked back since. When the opportunity to take teacher training presented itself, I leaned in and signed up so I could share the gift of yoga with others. Certified E-RYT-500, I have studied the traditions of Ashtanga, Ghosh, Iyengar, and Tantra Yoga.  When I am not teaching you can find me with my partner Darby and Goldendoodle Nala out in nature (most likely in water).
