Join Michelle and Taylor for an unforgettable evening of Yoga, Sound and Reiki  for a New Year Renewal. The beginning of a new year can be filled with a lot of emotions, stress, and challenges. 

This class is designed to help you recalibrate and find your center. 

Michelle will guide an opening yoga class with Taylor playing Handpan, to help down regulate your nervous and prepare you for rest. As you settle in for the main section of sound, Michelle will share individual reiki with each participant. 

Taylor will use an array of handpans, singing bowls, and additional instruments to guide you on a sonic journey back to your center. Come share this special afternoon with us 🙏🏽!
