Michelle Hancock, RYT 200-hr
My background in yoga and bodywork began in 1997 when I studied at the Institute of Structural Medicine and the Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle. The understanding of anatomy and physiology play an important role in developing a healthy yoga practice that builds strength effectively and keeps safety a priority in the studio.
After years of personal practice I became a certified yoga teacher with Allison Rubin at Harmony Yoga in Spokane in 2013 and taught anatomy during the 2014 teacher training. Additional trainings include completing the low back teacher training with Robin Rothenberg at Essential Yoga Therapy in 2013.
Years of experience and training bring enhanced meaning to the exercises and allow for better variety and modifications when needed. You will leave class feeling more connected, stronger and ready to come back for more.
Classes in Northport and Kettle Falls.
